The International School's Forest Wall
The International School’s forest wall was the final project of 2018, and a thank you to the school. They had let 28 artists do what they wanted on a 300 foot wall, patchwork style, and at the end result, there were complaints. They held a board meeting with the heads of the school, and the headmaster called us the next day and said, “Art shouldn’t please everyone, your mural caused debate, discussion, and interaction on campus, so we decided unanimously, that we love it and we want to keep every inch.” Hearing something you usually only hear from peers, and not from a outside community, we wanted to give them a gift to show our appreciation, a mural everyone could love.
We asked Kango and Notes Zulu to build a whole into a family friendly world. The brought us these sketches, and after a little tuning, it began.
